On-Line Layflat and Cast Film Monitoring Systems

MEASURETECH’s Series 700 system is easily installed on most existing film lines. The single-sided capacitance sensor is mounted within a scanning frame that moves the sensor across the web. The scanning frames are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate your line width.

The reports and screen displays include out-of-spec warnings and alarms allowing for a quick response by the operator to correct problems and make the necessary line adjustments. Additional information includes: minimum and maximum gauge values, average standard deviation, upper and lower control limits, trend analysis and deviation from target thickness.
